Recently I have been thinking about my own goals for this year, and what it is going to take to accomplish them.
And accomplishing them is going to require making decisions that stretch me both personally and professionally. And may involve changing what products I offer, cutting back, and adding more outsourced workers.
And it is both exciting and tough at the same time – exciting because of the realization that based on the proof of my results the last 3 years, I know I can do it. And yet tough because I know that it will involve new things, growing pains.
Do you feel that way? Are you going to do something this year you have never done before, that is going to stretch you beyond belief? Are you prepared for it? Do you know what the potential pitfalls and how to avoid them? Do you have a game plan?
Ok - till later....
