Previously there were no commercial airlines wanting to fly the friendly skies, but now it seems that customer service is in decline, just like some other companies. The service seems to be focusing on money instead of passengers. The staff of the airline used to treat you and your quality of travel, but it seems that some time after the food service stopped and started the service charges all made a big change.
A lot of people who are tired of the travel trade are given their poor customer service, but are not aware of alternatives to them. Of course they know they can drive, but sometimes that choice would be a lot worse and slower. Many believe that the change was really due to the need to increase the costs to increase security measures and the fact that security issues should be tackled more rigorously, but this is really no excuse for airline employees who act as if they were doing you a favor by letting them fly on the plane to your destination. Unfortunately there are no excuses for their bad attitudes and still feel free to oscillate wildly around their customers.
It seems as if there would be a way for people to be service oriented and pleasant, the more their work done, but this does not seem to be what is important to them and managers about them. When someone speaks of a private jet, then many people have thoughts of heads of state, international celebrities and CEO. They do not believe that they might be able to fly on a private jet from a charter service and have a nice trip to the destination. They are aware that most travelers have chosen their flights by cost and if they are getting the best deal then you put up with attitudes thrown on them by employees. The choice is in general not really trip on that airline is.
This is an option for those who are tired of flying commercially, he is tired of long lines and hassles and want a change. Many people are discovering the superior method for air transport that is truly customer focused and provides some of the most well-trained pilots in the world.
